Just the third release of this fantastic wine, the 2021 X Novo Pinot Noir from Water Scott delivers a neon light ruby core with a light pink rim. Starting off with aromas of toasted anise, macerated strawberries, crushed violets, and rhubarb compote, it brings forth a lush and elegant structure with lots of finesse. Smooth and silky on the palate, the lemony acidity and fine-grained tannins help complete this fantastic wine. Highly recommended.
