The 2021 Justice Pinot Noir from Walter Scott is perfumed with luxurious aromas of black cherry, sweet spice, nutmeg, and freshly-turned earth. The palate is focused but not at all heavy while sporting sweet, crunchy tannins and lovely acidity. It reveals notes of wild blueberry on the palate, with dusty earth and a floral perfume on the finish. Enjoy this one over the next 10-15 years.
