Displaying a gorgeous light to medium ruby core with a bluish rim in the glass, the 2021 Koosah Pinot Noir boats interesting notes of crushed cherries, pomegranates, toasted sugared cinnamon stick, orange oil, and sweet chocolate. The palate brings a cinnamon and forest floor aspect to the mid-palate. It finishes with rounded sweet tannins, lemony acidity, and a lovely earth-forward and blue-fruit finish. Highly recommended.
