I love wines coming from the Hyland Vineyard, and this 2021 Chardonnay from Walter Scott continues that pattern. It displays a gorgeous light to medium glimmering lemon core with a silvery rim in the glass and boasts notes of apricot stone fruit, white peach skin, tangerine zest, and sweet vanilla. Lovely balance is apparent with the distribution between acidity, fruit, minerality, and length. Highly recommended.
