The 2021 Paul Gerrie Vineyard Pinot Noir was aged with a slightly lower percentage of stem inclusion at 20% and gifts a stunning ruby-garnet core with a pinkish rim in the glass. It’s another phenomenal Pinot Noir from the winemaking team at Cristom with a focus on lemony herbs, macerated strawberries, cranberries, red plum skin, and potpourri. A touch more elegant and structured than its siblings, the grippy tannins are going to need a year or two to all come together. Better in 2024, then enjoy for 15 years or more. 493 cases made. Highly recommended.
