A gorgeous shimmering medium ruby core with a lighter pink rim in the glass, the 2021 Jesse Vineyard is aged in 38% new French oak. With fruit that is biodynamic and organic, a little over 50% whole cluster was used during fermentation. Aromas of wild blueberry, stewed rhubarb, fresh black cherry, violet flowers, and Blood orange peel are fresh and elegant. With a lovely structure and impeccable balance, it finishes with a fun blue-fruit, black tea, earth, and spice notes on the back palate. 792 cases produced. Highly recommended.
