EVESHAM WOOD Pinot Noir, Mt. Pisgah ‘Illahe Vineyard’ 2021

Resting for 19 months in 15% new French oak barrels, the 2021 Illahe Vineyard Pinot Noir brings a medium ruby-purple core with a silvery rim. It’s more savory, dusty, and earthy on the nose and on the palate, with notes of dusty country road, brown mushrooms, and forest herbs alongside black cherry, blue plums, and ground white peppercorn. Velvety smooth, enjoy this now or over the next 6 years. Just a small production of 75 cases made.
