The 2021 Le Puits Sec is all Pommard clone fruit that was planted in 1986 and spent 17 months in 15% new French oak barrels. Showcasing a light ruby core with a bluish rim in the glass, it starts with aromas of spruce needles, red and blue plums, purple wildflowers, and shades of dried thyme. A lovely structure with grippy tannins, About 430 cases produced.
