The 2021 Pearlstad Vineyard Chardonnay from Martin Woods displays a light, moving to medium, lemon core with a vibrant silver rim. Wonderfully drinkable with those gorgeous peach and apricot tones playing with shades of saline and dried herbs. Round across the palate, it envelops the entire mouth on the finish.
