An interesting Rosé from Hyland Estate, it presents a lovely pink salmon core with a silvery rim in the glass. It’s made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Hyland vineyard and delivers a lovely bouquet of freshly sliced watermelon, stony minerality, red raspberry, and Meyer lemon. Rich and fruit-forward on the palate, pair this with some grilled chicken this summer for best results.
