Medium lemon core with not much variation in the rim. An off-dry style that boasts terrific notes of ginger, honey, sweet pear, crushed almonds, and maple syrup. It’s sweet, but the acidity is well-balanced, which gives it a superb finish. Enjoy this fantastic wine over the next 15 years or more.
