The 2021 Riservata Pinot Noir from Alloro is a fruit-forward effort that gifts notes of red and blue plum, mountain huckleberries, black cherries, blueberry liqueur, dried rose petals, and crushed stone minerality. It’s polished and elegant with smooth tannins and a candied red-fruit finish that hits on the mid-palate. It ends with a lovely saline note on the back palate.
