This fun sparkling wine by Gard is a mélange of 63% Pinot Noir and 37% Chardonnay. A Brut Nature with zero dosage, it displays a beautiful salmon copper color in the glass. Very aromatic with yeasty with notes of underripe peach, apricot skin, grilled lemon, raspberry essence, mushroom, and spice. An aggressive mousse to start, it quickly calms down and is delicate and downright delicious.
