An outstanding effort, the 2016 Pambrun Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from the Seven Hills and Summit View Vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley. Opening up with a bouquet of dark fruits with plenty of spicy and herbal undertones the wine reveals a beautiful nose. There is a good sense of balance on the palate as toasty oak connects with the black fruits, crushed mint and chocolate accents. Delicious now, this will deliver drinking enjoyment over the next decade or more.
