A left-bank Bordeaux style blend that is a mix of 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Syrah, 2% Cabernet Franc, this wine sees 19 months in French oak barrels with 40% being new. In the glass, you find intense dark fruit, green bell pepper and hints of bitter baking chocolate. The palate is rich and luscious with flavors of black plum, blackberry pie, cinnamon powder and a touch of tilled earth.
