The 'Reserve' is the flagship wine from Leonetti Cellar and only the best barrel selections from each vintage are used to make this stunning wine, which is composed of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and equal parts Malbec and Petit Verdot. It instantly impresses with its inviting aromatics of ripe blueberries, black cherries, blackberries and crème de cassis along with hints of roasted coffee, graphite, sage and sweet spices which all soar from the glass. On the palate this is possesses a gorgeous full body with incredible texture and depth. It goes on to display wonderful opulence, with a plush core of fresh blueberry compote, mocha, dark berries and crème de cassis flavors that all come together marvelously and linger on the ultra-long, mouth coating finish. This wine is fantastic on release, but will also age beautifully over the next two to three decades.
