Coming from the Cut Bank Estate Vineyard, this blend of 50% Sangiovese, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Syrah shows a medium ruby color in the glass and produces a bouquet of red plums, dark cherry, red flower petals and sweet baking spice. Red-fruit driven on the palate, it also gives supporting flavors of dried herbs and iron baked earth. The tannins are a touch intense and need another two years to integrate before drinking.
