A fantastic Washington Cabernet Sauvignon that comprises a blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% each of Petit Verdot and Malbec that delivers aromas of black cherry, dark plums, tar, and toasty cinnamon. The palate shows prominent flavors of baked boysenberry pie with cinnamon crust, shaved dark chocolate and dried smoked poultry herbs. The finish is still very tight with structured tannins and will need a few years in bottle before enjoying.
