It’s lovely in the glass, showcasing a deep purple core with a neon blue rim. The palate is meaty and savory with flavors of roasted beef ribs, black olive tapenade, ground white pepper, iodine and a hint of tangerine. Acidity comes in medium with medium plus tannins and a medium to full-body. Let this one age for another year or two before enjoying or cellar for the next decade.
