A very meaty and savory Syrah from Time & Direction displays a deep ruby core with a silver rim in the glass. Aromas of crushed blackberry, charred beef, sliced black olive, dusty road, and dried Meyer lemon peel are all present in the glass and wonderfully combined. The palate brings additional flavors of potpourri, cedar, and dried herbs. A lovely wine that deserves some attention.
