The 2021 Lefore Vineyard Syrah sports a deep-purple core with a glistening plum-colored rim. Gorgeous notes of boysenberry, dried meats, crushed peppercorn, dried herbs, toasted cinnamon, grilled plums, hoisin sauce, and touches of bacon fat create a super complex and interesting wine. It finishes salty, spicy, and meaty on the mid and back palate.
