A left-bank Bordeaux-styled blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, and 9% Cabernet Franc that is fermented in a combination of concrete and stainless steel and aged in 68% new French oak. Displaying a deep purple core with a bright purple rim in the glass, it boasts glorious notes of candied blackberry, cassis, dark chocolate, white tobacco leaves, pencil shavings, and dried mountain sage. It flows effortlessly over the tongue and is impeccably balanced with the perfect levels of mouthwatering acidity, cedary tannins, and spice. 530 cases produced. Highly recommended.
