Peter Devison used to make wine in Australia and has always wanted to do a 100% Semillon and the Hunter’s Pride is the realization of that dream. At only 12% alcohol, this is a lean, crisp style of the wine that boasts notes of honey-coated pear, apricot flesh, smoked lemon peel, and toasted tree nuts. The palate focuses on racy lemony acidity, cinnamon stick, and a crushed stone minerality. It ends with a lively finish that goes on forever. 120 cases produced.
