The stunning 2020 The Classic is a scrumptious blend of 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Cabernet Franc, and 16% Petit Verdot and is one of the best versions of this wine I’ve had so far. It starts off with a dark ruby and purple core and a shimmering neon light purple rim in the glass. Aromas of purple flowers, dried blueberry, boysenberry, cinnamon stick, fresh thyme, green peppercorn, and wet autumn leaves are ever-present. It’s earthy and scrumptious with high acidity and crunchy tannins while the finish lasts for minutes. Highly recommended.
