Coming only in magnums, the 2021 Wallah Wallah Special #15 is made from 100% Syrah fruit from the Rocks and also saw approximately 10-15% new French oak during aging. Because of the magnum-only format, and the perfect structure, this wine should age for quite some time in bottle. Commencing with notes of sweet plums, toasted cinnamon sticks, blackberries, cedary herbs, and grilled meats, it moves to a lush, rounded mouthfeel that envelops the entire palate on the finish. Another lovely wine by Cayuse! 477 cases made. Highly recommended.
