With 10 months of aging in concrete and stainless steel tanks, the 2022 Cailloux Vineyard Viognier by Cayuse was outstanding at every turn. Medium to full-bodied with lively acidity that helps the lush fruit flavors dance across the tongue. Aromas and flavors of white peaches, delicate citrus, white wildflowers, and sweet spice are all here and wonderfully combined. A long-lasting finish completes the wine. Only 159 cases made. Highly recommended.
