Producing a gorgeous light ruby core that moves to a watery-blue rim, the 2021 Shea-West Hill Pinot Noir from Sunu (Betz Family) is a light, velvety, and elegant wine. Very floral and lemony on the nose, with additional aromas of fresh cranberry, thimbleberry, dried earth, lemon verbena, and dried herbs. Sweet rounded tannins, plush acidity, and a fruit-forward and white pepper finish complete this gorgeous wine.
