At an alcohol level of only 13%, the 2021 La Belle from Lingua Franca is an elegant, smooth Pinot Noir. Displaying a medium shimmering ruby core with a bluish rim, notes of red and black cherries, blue plum skin, ground pink peppercorn, dried sagebrush, graphite, and white tea are all amazingly integrated. It’s still very young and will only show better with a few years of bottle age. Just over 200 cases produced.
