Aged in about 35% new French oak for 10 months and then in stainless steel tank for another 6 prior to bottling, it showcases a light lemon core with a watery rim. It’s another scintillating Chardonnay from the magicians at Lingua Franca - lush, elegant, vibrant, and downright delicious. Green apple, white pepper, white tea, honeysuckle flowers, wet slate, dried sage, and just a smooch of raw hazelnuts pounce on the nose and on the palate.
