The 2021 Audeant Pinot Noir saw 40% whole cluster during fermentation and was aged in 27% new French oak barrels. Displaying a glorious bright ruby-red core with a slight bluish rim in the glass, it reveals loads of minerality playing nicely with the red cherry and red plum notes. Earthy and saline tones flourish on the finish. About 480 cases were made.
