Picked from the top barrels from all three estate vineyards, the 2021 Estate Reserve Pinot Noir from Tristaetum gifts a glistening medium ruby core with a fluorescent pink rim. It’s my favorite from the lineup and delivers luscious notes of red and black cherries, crushed mountain blueberries, cherry cola, cedary herbs, and hints of mocha powder on the finish. Wonderful texture across the tongue, the lush and sweet tannins play nicely with the mouthwatering acidity to finish things off.
