The 2021 Ribbon Ridge Estate is another quaffable Pinot Noir from Tristaetum with loads of crushed raspberries, huckleberries, tangerine zest, sweet cinnamon, and dried hay notes popping from the glass. I loved the saline and crushed rock tone you get on the mid-palate on the zesty and crunchy finish.
