A glowing neon ruby core with a purple rim in the glass, the 2021 Arborbrook Pinot Noir was aged in 25% new French oak barrels. Notes of Bing cherry, crushed raspberries, cedary herbs, dusty road, and sweet cloves are all present and wonderfully combined. A lovely focused and bright mouthfeel, a medium body, and sweet tannins lead to a wonderful Pinot Noir that should be enjoyed over the next 8 years. Only 200 cases produced.
