Made from the fruit coming off of three different blocks on the Corral Creek hillside, the 2021 Corral Creek Pinot Noir from Chehalem presents a gorgeous neon ruby core with a bluish rim. Aged for 10 months in 45% new French oak, the wine gifts lovely floral and blue fruit aromas right out of the gate. The palate boasts notes of Bing cherry, cranberry, cola, and tilled earth flavors that blend with the perfect levels of acidity and lovely sweet tannins. 500 cases made.
