Fermented with 35% whole clusters and then aged for 14 months in 37% new French oak barrels, the 2021 Laurelwood Pinot Noir presents a medium shimmering ruby to purple core with a neon pink rim. Lemon-scented cherries, dried oregano, black tea, and spiced Christmas plum aromas spill from the glass. Lush acidity, crunch tannins, and a lingering red-fruit and spice finish complete the wine.
