Trousseau isn’t a typical grape that you would typically find in the vineyards of Willamette Valley. It’s aged in 100% neutral French oak barrels for 12 months in 100% neutral French oak barrels and shows gobs of rose petal, violet, and potpourri aromas merged with Bing cherry, cinnamon bears, dried sage, singed orange peel, and white linen tones. A lovely finish of flowers and crushed red raspberry flavors flow over the tongue. Tannins and acidity are perfectly balanced. What a fun wine.
