THE SETTING Pinot Noir, Oregon ‘Chehalem Mountain Vineyard’ 2021

Displaying a stunning brilliant medium ruby core with a bluish rim, the 2021 The Setting Pinot Noir is a lovely wine that boasts bountiful aromas of fresh red and blue plum, crushed black cherries, cedary herbs, dusty earth, lemon pith, and hints of fresh mint. Crunchy tannins meet mouthwatering acidity and a medium to full-bodied mouthfeel to finish the wine. A fantastic first vintage. About 300 cases made.
