Chardonnay from the Chehalem Mountain Vineyard and crafted by winemaker Jesse Katz, the 2021 The Setting is a richer, more California-styled wine. Boasting notes of dried Meyer lemon, fresh apricot, Dijou pear, and roasted hazelnuts. Lush and rich on the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied and gifts yummy cedary herb notes on the back palate. 380 cases were made.
