The 2021 Highland Close from Rose & Arrow features a glistening medium ruby-blue core with a light silver rim and is wonderfully fresh, complex, and beautiful on the nose. Think notes of sweet black cherries, Blood orange zest, white tea, dried herbs, wet earth, saline, and dried lavender, all spilling from the glass. Rounded and supple across the tongue, it finishes fresh, yet a wonderful meaty and earthy note hits the back of the palate. Highly recommended.
