This wine is a blend of Dijon clones and shows a deep core. The nose is highly complex with red cherry preserves, rose petals and orange rind. The palate shows really nice texture and richness. Black cherry compote, wild blackberry and citrus rind flavors all nicely combine with earthy undertones.
