One of the most well-known wines from Domaine Serene, the 'Evenstad Reserve' Pinot Noir was aged 16 months in 100% French oak barrels. It offers a beautiful nose of black raspberry jam, ground ginger, mocha powder and a touch of violet petal. High juicy acidity, paired with mellow and integrated tannins form the core of the wine with flavors of ripe black cherry, black currant, dried poultry herbs and forest floor.
