This lovely sparkler which contains a melange of 43% Pinot Meunier, 31% Chardonnay, and 26% Pinot Noir was disgorged September 2020. Floral white blossoms, unripened nectarine, and lemon drop candy form the core of the nose. The mousse is present but not overpowering and after 10 minutes in the glass, is ready to enjoy. Flavors of apricot, bartlett pear, brioche, and a touch of red raspberry combine for a beautiful treat in the mouth. 404 cases made.
