A fun and unusual nose of ripe strawberry, tangerine oil, hoisin sauce, dried mint leaves and a touch of tobacco leaf emanate from the glass. The acidity in the mouth is boisterous and plentiful and has flavors of red currant, fresh marionberry and some toastiness coming from sweet baking spices. The length of this wine is insane and goes on for over a minute. This wine needs another year or two in the bottle to really shine so give it some time and you will be rewarded for your patience.
