The Temperance Hill Vineyard Pinot Noir is another delicious offering from St. Innocent in 2018. The wine starts off with aromas of dark cherry, ripe raspberry, mulberry, forest floor, and spice. The palate is quite delicious with cherry, dark berries. herbs, hints of dark chocolate, citrus and earthy flavors. There is a soft and balanced texture with nice acidity and tannins that works it way up to the elegant finish. This shows wonderful potential to evolve.
