A stunning effort on this Pinot Gris from Soléna. Aromas of fresh yellow pear, nectarine, honeydew melon and white wildflower blossoms spill from the glass. The palate displays some tropical elements of passionfruit, white peach and honeysuckle. It has a sweetness to it despite the wine being dry in style. Honestly, I don’t gravitate towards Pinot Gris, but I love this wine and at only $20 it is a best buy that must be tried.
