A striking Brut Rosé that is comprised of 80% Pinot, 20% Chardonnay and is made in the traditional method. 500 cases of this wine were made but they have made the decision to disgorge small portions over time. It will be fun to watch this wine evolve over time upon release. The nose dances with fine bubbles and aromatics of green apple, watermelon and some stone fruits. Delivering flavors of yellow apple, raspberry and some yeasty, brioche characteristics, this wine will only get better with time.
