Aubaine is a brand new project from Andy Lytle and winemaker Isabelle Meunier, with the goal of crafting the finest expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Eola-Amity AVA. The nose on this fantastic Pinot Noir opens with aromas of fresh blackberry, wild mushrooms, purple roses and just a touch of pencil eraser and forest floor. Blueberry, clove and crushed gravel form the core of the palate, finishing with medium acidity, integrated tannins and solid length. A great first effort. Only 196 cases produced.
