Fermented and aged for four months in neutral oak barrels this Rosé of Pinot Noir is stunning in the glass, with an inviting medium pink salmon color. Aromatics of ripe watermelon, fresh strawberry, white rose, and interestingly enough, just a hint of my mom’s old-fashioned milk chocolate fudge right when it is put onto a plate and sliced. The palate is fresh and fruity with flavors of candied peach, ripe grapefruit, and sliced almonds. This is a Rosé that should be enjoyed with food and is absolutely delicious. 450 cases produced
