TOIL Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley 2020

Using once-filled and neutral French oak barrels and aged for 10 months it conveys an impressive, rich, and decadent nose of ripe red raspberry, cooked cranberry, smoked herbs, roasted meat, and Oolong tea. It’s almost Syrah-like on the nose. On the palate, flavors of ripe red and blue fruits, sour cherry, scorched earth, and cedary herbs are all present with the high acidity and silky tannins. 822 cases produced
