All neutral oak barrels and resting for 17 months, with fruit coming from Eola-Amity Hills, this fruit and spice-driven Pinot Noir has notes of ripe dark cherry, sweet baking spice, hoisin sauce, dried sage, and crushed pink peppercorn. The wine displays silky medium tannins, medium-plus acidity, and a lengthy finish that brings a nice iron & saline component to the back palate.
